New hospital not enough parking spaces.
Indeed wales allready has evidence that parking can be problomatic
Car Parking in Wirral Hospitals had become an issue in the 90′s
Why oh why do we allow our councils and health depts to get away with such incompetence. if it was a child in school they would be sent home or given an ASBO!

because we are all supposed to go to hospital on the bus my dear (ducks and runs!)
Our local hospital doesn’t even have enough staff parking spaces let alone ones for people trying to access services
